Our Policy:

 

- By joining Victoria's Voices Vocal and Performance School and participating in our classes and activities, parents/guardians give full permission to use their child's image on our social media, website, and other promotional purposes. 

- Our teachers are industry professionals who provide a safe learning environment. All our teachers are trained and DBS checked.

Our cancellation policy:

- To cancel a 1-2-1 booking allow 48h notice before the starting time of that booking for 100% refund.

- To reschedule a 1-2-1 booking allow 48h notice before the starting time of that booking.

- We do not offer cancellation on group bookings such as Victoria's Voices Academy. For more information and support please email victoriasvoicessinging@gmail.com.

- To cancel your subscription for group bookings please allow a month's notice to the last day of the current term at victoriasvoicessinging@gmail.com.
